Tamara Dalton is a motivational author and a Registered Nurse. She has decades of experience working in a hospital as a Registered Nurse and Patient Case Manager. Additionally, as a Certified Life Coach she explores the spiritual journey and deeper connections between people and the Universe and helps others gain a new or deeper understanding of the world they live in and the energies that flow within it.
Tamara has achieved a multitude of wisdom and experience in guiding people to channel their energy towards emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. She works with individuals on a personal level, and using her published written works, helping them to restore the balance between the spiritual and physical self.
Tamara has a bachelor’s degree in Nursing Education and has also earned degrees in nursing from Advent Health University and University of Phoenix. Ms. Dalton has also earned her Doctorate degree in Divinity as a Spiritualist. She uses her experience and education as a RN to share effective tips and techniques that can help manage anxiety, stress, and grief.
